Its a medium bodied white blend made with great precision. The flaxen color, tinged with green highlights, leads to aromas of lime zest and flavors of ripe pear. This wine combines 30 70 year old Grenache Blanc (60%) and Roussanne, and its fresh, crunchy acidity adds lots of energy to the ripe fruit character.
