J. Christopher Chardonnay Cuvee Lunatique 2018 color_white This is off-the-charts MuscadetAn inviting nose of ripe pear and white peach, as well as hints of honeysuckle and subtle baking spices. The palate has a succulent feel with abundant ripe apple and pear flavors on offer. To preserve its bright fruit and crisp structure, it is produced mostly in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation. A part of this cuve was matured in a large, neutral oak cask to give it a bit more mid palate texture, but still does not impart any oak
