The eglomise (back-painted glass) has a scratch-through and gilded signature and notation letting us know it is the work of Celine Beaumont

The oversized chests such as the one you see here kept away the pesky moths that might damage fine woolen shawls and table coverings

A full service for 6, each cordial stem is pristine, as is the decanter and stopper. All original set, they date to c. 1880 1910. The engraved stag is fabulous! Each goblet has a smaller animal. I've had this service in one of our homes, (see final photo), but it's time to downsize myself a bit.
