Picking was done at night to avoid the heat and preserve acidity. Tiring. Mostly wholebunch fermented and hand plunged, Riley isn't looking for massive extraction, favouring perfume and freshness. Aim = achieved. Its an aromatic dream, floral, raspberry fruited and earthen. I'd be chilling it down and not bothering to keep the cork.
