Ethiopia - Gogogu hario Altitude: 1 300 - 1250 grams of whole roasted coffee beans. This coee comes from the Gogogu washing station in the Kofee district of Guji, Ethiopia a region where coee has been grown for generations. Guji's coee is grown at high altitudes in rich red highland soil, giving it a distinct profile. Over 700 smallholder farmers, each tending around 2 hectares, deliver ripe coee cherries from within 5km of the mill. Cherries are depulped same day, fermented 812 hours, washed,
