Aged for over 5 years in Chateau Rieussec 1er Grand Cru Classe Sauternes barrels. Intense cereal notes from the superior quality of barley evoking fresh fruits such as Mirabelle plum; with caramel & cinnamon notes; and a woody ending. Mouthfeel is warm and spicy followed by sweet aromas. Persistence is long. Non chill filtered. Natural color.
