Raul Perez, Ultreia La Vitoriana Vintage:2021 spice and a hint ofThe 2021 Ultreia La Vitoriana shows some unusual toasty notes, hints of raw meat and lots of tannins, and this is the more tannic of the Ultreia range even if they lower the intensity here.
