Don Zoilo Pedro Ximenez 15 Years Bottle:12 The estate’s Brunello spent 44Don Zoilo Pedro Ximnez is an excellent Spanish sherry, which comes from the Jerez area and has a beautiful dark to mahogany oily color. Sherry contains an enormous 380 g l of residual sugar! The grapes are first dried for 15 days in the Spanish sun, then pressed. Perfect for beef, game meat and vanilla ice cream. We recommend serving gently chilled or at room temperature. Sherry is in a bottle that is closed with a cork stopper.
