JARABE Single Origin Despite its literal translationThis was the first coffee we fell in love with from our lineup. It comes from a farming town called Santa Mara in the northwest corner of the department of Huila in Colombia, a region where some of the best quality coffee in the world is produced. The aroma of Jarabe is sweet, almost like syrup, just like its name suggests in Spanish. This coffee also imparts notes of fruit and chocolate partly acquired from various kinds of fruit trees grown around
