Milk & Honey Apex Dead Sea black 20-25% is reserve wines fromReleased in 2021 as part of the Milk & Honey Apex Series. Working with the late Dr Jim Swan, five Israeli climate zones were identified where they could experiment with cask ageing. M&H Apex Dead Sea is the first whisky to be released as a result of this R&D initiative, and the first whisky ever to be aged in the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea where temperatures climb as high as 50C. Distilled on 24 June 2018, and in October 2018 twenty ex
