The name Break Away is a symbol of these attributes and to distinguish it from other Zinfandels that are robust, jammie and heavy in alcohol and oak flavors. This wine was made in our "Submerged Cap" Fermentation Tank and aged in predominantly French oak for 12 months. It is a fully extracted wine with strong varietal aromas
