Harvested at optimum ripeness, fermented at cool temperatures and partly aged on natural yeast lees in French oak barrels for 3 months. Convergence shows bright crispness alongside texture and length. Abundant aromas of ripe tropical fruit, exotic gooseberry and herbal notes precede a
