No. 28 is a lightly dry hopped blend of pale ales aged in American Oak foeders and conditioned on Niagara apricots and peaches. Juicy, slightly tropical fruit flavours are contrasted with a medium sharp acidity reminiscent of Rocket Candy or Sour Patch Kids, creating a complex yet thirst quenching
