Holmes & Edwards Stainless Steel Floral Flatware Set in Chest Japan Tongs Inseam approx 27Vintage Stainless set made in Japan in a Holmes & Edwards Chest. The outside of the box needs refinishing and the inside needs a light cleaning but it does function properly. The flatware set is not complete and may not be the same brand as the chest. It is marked "Stainless made in Japan". That is the only markings I can find. The pattern has 3 flowers on the bottom. They may be tarnished as they have a gold sheen to them. I am not a flatware expert
