Good lubricity: The friction coefficient is 0.16, which does not increase at high temperatures and has higher temperature resistance than molybdenum disulfide and graphite.

Excellent electrical insulation: The conductivity at room temperature can reach 10 ^ 14~10 ^ 18 Ω/cm, and it still reaches 10 ^ 14~10 ^ 16 Ω/cm at high temperatures.
Good dielectric properties: dielectric constant of 3-5, dielectric loss of (2-8) × 10 ^ -4, breakdown strength twice that of Al2O3, reaching 30-40 kV/mm.
